Tricia Saucier

Tricia Saucier has been at Stryker since 2008 and currently holds the role of Medical Education Manager of Stryker Surgical. Under her leadership, the Med Ed program has grown and evolved to include the launch of the Learn platform. The platform includes the Learn AORN Scholarship program that has funded 350+ nurses attendance at the AORN Conference with a total investment of over $1M and a comprehensive National CE program. Her team creates and supports educational programs designed to increase knowledge, positively change behaviors, and ultimately improve outcomes for the patient.

Originally from Illinois, she moved to Michigan with her husband Neil when he began his career at Stryker 19 years ago and still is working in Engineering there today. They have three daughters and enjoy spending time together as a family.

She is driven to serve people and is able to live this through her role by partnering with organizations to assist Healthcare Professionals improve their abilities to provide quality care. She is fortunate to lead an outstanding team who share in this passion and deliver on it every day.

Aaron Jackson

Aaron Jackson

Aaron has been with Stryker since 2011 and currently resides in Chicago, IL with his family. Aaron is responsible for developing and supporting education events centered around resident and surgeon education with a focus on orthopedic power tools. Additionally, Aaron manages Stryker Instruments’ equipment rental program, providing best-in-class products for use in bio-skill labs across the country.

He is passionate about education and training, specifically as it relates to orthopedic surgery. His hobbies include skiing, golfing, Labradors, Cleveland sports, and traveling.

Tammy Root

Tammy has been with Stryker since 2012 and currently resides in Vicksburg, MI with her husband and their boys. She enjoys attending their sons sporting events and anything that includes the sun and beach.

Tammy is responsible for managing our pool of consultants and clinicians, supporting our customers with Educational/Charitable/Research Grant requests, preparation and submission of exhibit requests, and manages requests for equipment and onsite support for continuing education courses.

Hope Broxholm

Hope has been with Stryker since 2013. She graduated from Western Michigan University with a Master’s Degree in Public Relations and Marketing. She resides in Kalamazoo with her husband and two children.

Hope is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of CE Seminars, managing Stryker’s Learn social media outlets and marketing resources, and building innovative programs to enhance the Learn Program. Her passion for education blends seamlessly with her role on the medical education team. She loves being part of the Stryker family and interacting with customers.
